The future of Hailey AI: Expanding horizons at 6clicks

As AI continues to evolve, 6clicks is at the forefront of innovation with its Hailey AI program. Greg here, 6clicks’ Head of AI and Innovation, and today I'm going to share a glimpse into the future of Hailey and where we’re taking the program next.

Our recent efforts have centered around Hailey Assist, but its purpose goes beyond creating a simple chat interface. Yes, having a chat capability across our data set is incredibly powerful and insightful, but it’s what this feature has unlocked that excites me the most.

What's next for Hailey

We’ve moved beyond viewing records in isolation. Traditionally, if we were generating actions after an incident or creating treatment plans following a risk, we could only operate within the information of that specific object. For example, if a risk assessment identified a potential threat, we could only develop a response based on that singular data point.

But with the advancements we’ve made in Hailey, we can now bring a much broader context into view. Our AI can see the interplay between all the different records in the system, giving us an organization-wide lens even when addressing tasks that seem isolated.

What does this mean practically? Imagine an assessment comes in where a vendor declares a potential risk that may affect your organization’s posture. Rather than looking at that risk in isolation, Hailey can now analyze the entire risk landscape, taking into account existing controls and past assessments. This avoids redundancy and ensures more effective decision-making.

Hailey’s ability to bring a wider context into focus allows practitioners to work more efficiently and effectively, ultimately helping organizations succeed in their risk and compliance journey. This expanded visibility across the platform isn’t just about responding to individual incidents—it’s about creating a comprehensive, integrated approach to risk management.

I believe this holistic capability will revolutionize how organizations manage risk, compliance, and governance, lifting the platform’s potential and benefiting practitioners in their day-to-day work.

Through these updates, Hailey AI is poised to elevate not only the 6clicks platform but also the way organizations approach governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).
