From blind spots to continuous confidence
Enterprise and NSW government leaders are facing a growing accountability gap.
Boards are now being asked to sign off on AI risk they cannot fully see, measure, or explain. Governance frameworks exist, but when systems fail, the real question becomes harder to answer: can you demonstrate control with evidence?
This session moves beyond principles and policies into defensible assurance. It focuses on what it takes to operationalise AI governance in environments where accountability sits with the CIO and CISO, but visibility is often fragmented across systems, vendors, and teams.
The discussion will centre on shifting from static documentation to continuous, queryable evidence that stands up under board and regulatory scrutiny.
