Ant is a co-founder and CEO of 6clicks. A former KPMG Partner and Chief Digital Officer, he’s led major digital transformation programs and overseen over $750M in IT procurement. He’s the author of Chasing Digital and AI and the Future of GRC. Anthony holds Commerce and Information Systems degrees and a Master of Commercial Law from the University of Melbourne, and is a graduate of the AICD.

Peter is the founder, President, and CEO of Verterim, a GRC-focused consulting and implementation firm. Bringing more than 20 years of experience in GRC leadership, and a background as a CISO, he has led enterprise security and risk programs across multiple industries and is focused on delivering practical, scalable GRC solutions that address real-world business challenges.

Heather is a cybersecurity technical SME with end-to-end experience across engineering, consulting, architecture, service delivery, and product management. An engineer by trade, she bridges business needs with practical technology solutions for complex cyber and GRC use cases, backed by advanced degrees in computer engineering, engineering management, and information assurance.

Phil is the CTO at Verterim, with extensive experience across GRC, cybersecurity, product strategy, and enterprise risk management. He provides technical and operational leadership for Verterim’s AI-powered GRC capabilities and serves as an instructor in the MS Cybersecurity & Governance program at Boston College.

Kelly brings deep experience across IT, security, and GRC as a practitioner, consultant, and solution implementer, helping organizations strengthen governance and risk foundations. A CISSP and CISM, she has led enterprise risk and compliance programs that embed security into day-to-day operations. At 6clicks, she enables partners through the Hub & Spoke model and supports enterprise and commercial clients with onboarding, solution design, and success management—acting as a trusted advisor aligning business needs to GRC and AI-driven compliance outcomes.

Jeff is the Director of Sales at Verterim, with more than a decade of experience across GRC business analysis, solution development, sales, and solution engineering.
