Is Microsoft Azure IRAP certified?


Yes, Microsoft Azure is IRAP certified. The Information Security Registered Assessors Program (IRAP) is a certification process that assesses the security of cloud services and solutions. Through the previous Australian Government certification process, Azure was IRAP assessed and certified by the Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC) at both the Unclassified Dissemination Limiting Marker (DLM) and OFFICIAL: Sensitive and PROTECTED levels. This certification provides assurance that Azure meets the security requirements of the Australian Government, and that it is suitable for use in the handling of information up to the PROTECTED level.
